    Our specially trained staff will work with you to discuss your treatment plan and address any questions or concerns you might have.

    We’ll help you explore all the options with treatments that may be costly. We will work with your insurer to provide you with information and an explanation of your benefits.

    We’ll contact you before your refill date to coordinate the medication you need. We provide free shipping to any postal address within the state of Illinois.

    Our pharmacists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We’re always here to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Patient Management Program

As a patient of our specialty pharmacy program, we’ll monitor your medications and your overall progress through our disease-specific Patient Management Program.

On a regular basis, we will review:

  • Current medications you are on and if they are still right for you
  • Any side effects you are having
  • Your response to therapy
  • Your ability to stay on therapy

This service is free and taking part in the program is voluntary. If you no longer wish to take part in the program, contact our team by phone to opt out.

Pharmacy Payment Policy

Before receiving your medication, a staff member will let you know your part of the cost that is not covered by your insurance or other third-party sources.

Your part of the cost may include but is not limited to: out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and annual out-of-pocket limits.

We will provide this information if there is a change in your insurance plan. If you ask, we will also provide you with the cash price of the medication.
