A Fresh and Energizing Beverage

This simple four-ingredient green smoothie is as delicious as it is easy and is also a great way to get lots of calcium and iron in a meal! Freeze pre-measured smoothie ingredients in individual baggies to make breakfast prep even easier.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 spinach, packed
  • 3/4 plant milk (use only ½ cup for a thicker smoothie)
  • 2 maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy.
