Leave a Legacy Through Planned Giving
When you remember the Midwest Health Foundation in your estate plan, you leave behind a lasting legacy.
You can leave a legacy gift that benefits UChicago Medicine AdventHealth through a simple bequest in your will or by naming the Midwest Health Foundation as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy, qualified retirement plan or individual retirement account (IRA). You can also arrange a tax-wise gift to provide lifetime income for your loved ones and yourself or pass assets to heirs at reduced tax.
