The Post Partum Workshop

This class is designed to help parents understand and navigate through the first 12 weeks of the post-partum period to make this a more positive healing and bonding experience. In this workshop, families will learn what is normal and what may be warning signs that may warrant a call to their provider. Whether it be a vaginal birth or a c-section birth, partners will gain understanding of how they can support the post-partum person. This is a 2-hour workshop, and a detailed packet will be provided to each couple.

Please Note: One ticket covers the cost per couple. Cost is $30 for a couple.
