First-Year Resident
Dr. Faiza Sulaiman is a PGY-1 Resident at the UChicago AdventHealth Hinsdale Family Medicine Residency program. She was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She completed medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine- Louisiana. She chose family medicine because of the broad scope of medicine and diverse patient populations in addition to the continuity of care. She is particularly interested in obesity medicine, women’s health, and addiction medicine. She hopes to one day practice outpatient medicine in the greater Chicagoland area to stay near family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cat, listening to podcasts, and reading. She is excited to learn and grow as a physician over the next few years of residency training.
